Welcome to VanCity Soccer Club!

*Once tryouts are completed and/ or your player has been offered a spot on a team,
You may officially logon and submit your Club Player Registration!
Club Registration opens May 8th
  Please check with your coach before registering -
You may have discounts from last season applied!
(This is NOT a Tryout Registration - Tryouts are FREE, never a fee)



What is the annual VanCity Soccer CLUB player registration fee?
For 2020-2021: RETURNING PLAYERS: Club Registration by July 15th $150.00
*Register BEFORE July 15th to qualify for this early bird discount of -$50.00* 
*Register AFTER July 15th adds a $50 late fee = $200.00 each player*

For 2020-2021: NEW PLAYERS: Club Registration by August  15th $150.00*
Register BEFORE August 15th to qualify for this early bird discount of -$50.00* 
*Register AFTER August 15th adds a $50 late fee = $200.00 each player*

Club Registration includes: 
--- US Club player card for 8/1/20-7/31/21   ---    Grass Fields for practices (summer, spring and fall)
--- Some Turf fields for practices Fall/Spring (8-12 sessions depending on Season)
--- Access to multiple turf and grass fields for practices (all seasons)    ---   Annual Club and Player Insurance
--- Fields for League games (one season)   ---    Club overhead and incidentals:
(Tryout Preparation fields, club supplies and equipment, player scholarships, field maintenance, annual league fees, etc.)

***We will pro-rate fees based on start date for any months of the season missed due to stay at home orders***

Fundraising / Volunteer Buyout Fee: - $50.00
--- For those whom would rather not volunteer at club events and / or club fundraising, we have implemented a $50.00 buyout fee. 
** This fee will be refunded / waived for those whom:
--- Volunteer on one of our VanCity SC Committees (Club, Fundraising, etc.)
--- Volunteer at least 10h (or equivalent) during club activities and/or events.
--- Volunteer / participate in our club fundraisers that benefit our club / players.
--- Volunteer as a Team Manager (fulfill team duties, attend training meeting, etc)
--- Volunteer an extended duty, arranged and agreed upon our VanCity Committee

Returning Players: 
--- If you participated in our Disneyland Fundraiser and raised at least $50.00 of funds,
you already have fulfilled this! (Ask for your $50 code!)

Sibling Discount: $25.00
--- For those whom are registering 2 or more at our club, you qualify for a once a year $25.00 sibling discount!

(Players whom are requesting any scholarships MUST participate in our club volunteer events,
fundraising, and/or additional activities) Equiv. to 10h

Currently, our club staff and coaches are volunteers and are not paid,
as we strive to provide the community with LOWEST cost option for high quality training. 
Annual club fees are collected after an age group’s tryouts are concluded. 
VanCity Soccer is a non-profit organization and we are dedicated to keeping competitive soccer available to all talented youth players. 

Comparison to other local Advanced level clubs:
Our Club Registration: $150 (with early reg. discounts)  / Average annual Team Fees: $450-650 each team!
(Team Fees may vary based on tournament, team,  and league plans)* Pay only what you play.
Other Clubs Registrations: $250-$1600 per player! / Average annual team fees $800 - $5000
(some have you pay coaches fees, travel expenses, meals, mandatory additional trainings/trainer fees, etc..)
